So today I was thinking about everyone who is looking for a job. I know so many individuals who were employed in the Oil & Gas Industry who are now unemployed after decades of working hard. Some have degrees and certifications, some managed to work their way up from the bottom and be an integral part of an organization. Many have identities attached to what they have done and what they’d like to continue doing.
