Five years ago, I began my career with Workforce Solutions as a greeter. Entering a new job can be exciting, or it can be terrifying. For me it was both. I was also 100 percent sure that this was going to be the easiest job ever. I was wrong. I immediately experienced being on the frontline, serving Workforce Solutions’ diverse population. Gift Wrapping Ideas
I’ve been working with several young adults who feel that they don’t have the skills employers are looking for in the workplace.
When we come across these young people, we remind them that they likely have a great number of skills, but they often get overlooked because they don’t seem like actual “employability skills.”
