The other day, while riding my hand-cycle, I discovered a great way to peddle/crank up a steep hill… Increase your speed going down the hill prior to gain momentum that will help you go part of the way up the next hill. Although most of you are giving me a silent “duh…” I thought that little nugget of wisdom was brilliant, so I tucked it away in my brain for later use.
